All group packages require a $50 deposit to guarantee your reservation. Reservations should be made at least two weeks in advance. The deposit is refundable up to two weeks before the booked date, and transferable up to one week before the booked date, after which time it can no longer be applied toward an alternate booking.
These parties are great for ages 5 to adult! For kids under 5, it tends to be pretty hit or miss with whether they will take to climbing. If you’d like to bring them in before you book, we’ll let the birthday kid have a free climb to ensure they’ll have a great time! Tips are always appreciated but never expected. Our goal is to provide you with excellent service for your party, regardless of gratuity. If you feel the staff went above and beyond, and you would like to add gratuity, we can add this to your credit card when you’re ready to pay. Just let our desk staff know during checkout.
You should wear sneakers and non-restrictive clothing that you don’t mind getting chalky.
